Latvia transportation is fully developed and can be accessed by virtually every means of transportation. Latvia can be reached easily using the rail, road and even sea links. The road transportation in Latvia is comparatively well developed with excellent routes.

Airlines serving Riga are Aeroflot, Air Baltic, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Czech Airlines, Finnair, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Malev Hungarian and SAS. Riga has an international airport with world class facilities. Transportation to the city is readily available from there in the form of taxis, buses.

In Latvia transport ferries are made use of to visit the country as there are ferry connections from Riga to Stockholm. There are direct ferries from Travemunde in Germany and Stockholm in Sweden. Both the road network and signposting are being modernized; the service station network is represented by both local and foreign companies.
